Sr Financial Analyst

Overview An experienced business partner to assist the Sauget, Illinois Manufacturing & Supply organizations in making faster, financially robust decisions. Candidate should demonstrate ownership in becoming a trusted adviser and seek to enhance value creation through data analytics, visualization, and actionable insight. Core obligations include financial planning and reporting, in-depth modeling and analytics, and enhanced utilization of data and systems to drive continuous efficiency improvements. Responsibilities Provide forward-looking reporting and pro-active analytical support to the Sauget plant manager & operations teams with respect to operations performance, investment decisions, risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate business decisions using a wide variety of financial concepts and analyses. Engage in developing insightful management information reports, developing performance monitoring and metrics dashboards, and facilitating the annual operating plan. Lead efforts to enhance the capture and utilization of financial information throughout the supply chain. Support Sauget leadership in overall financial stewardship and decision support. Qualifications BS degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering Minimum of 5-7 years of Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Finance work experience Experience with Microsoft Office software EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
MBA/Masters Experience with SAP Finance software and Tableau or other visualization/data analytics tools Work experience in the petroleum additive, chemical, or petrochemical industries Work experience in multiple functions of a manufacturing concern (e.g., production, logistics, purchasing) SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
