Distribution Account Director

PCTEL - Sales Distribution Sales Team is seeking an experienced Account Director in Europe to develop, implement, and manage Distribution and Channel sales strategies and programs that build and nurture key relationships with regional and global partners. The selected candidate will perform the following:
Meet or exceed Distribution sales target by promoting the sale of PCTEL products Manage Distribution sales and staff to achieve desired goals Generate and execute sales strategies geared to meet financial and sales objectives in the region Collaborate with other members of the organization to develop new businesses. Serve as part of the sales organization working in tight coordination with the Regional Sales Directors and the Global Sales VP, particularly in regards to key global accounts Convey the value of PCTEL's solutions to customers (at all levels in the organization) by leveraging our track record, financial strength, technical experience, and knowledge Develop and execute distribution strategies and business plans Implement and manage approved incentive programs to maximize PCTEL revenue and martin Coordinate product demos and presentations, prepare proposals and respond to RFIs, RFPs, etc. Contact and visit prospective customers to determine product/services needed and deliver the value proposition to customers Remain knowledgeable of company products, industry trends, competitive offerings, etc. to facilitate sales efforts. Communicate competitive industry information to appropriate parties as necessary Develop and manage a healthy sales funnel Promote PCTEL ways of working and secure optimal use of tools available (Salesforce, etc.) Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required Assist in contract negotiations as needed Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor The position requires the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Business major with formal technical training and work experience preferred Greater than 10 years of related work experience Deep regional and cultural knowledge Advanced skills in MS Office, specialized and general application software, telecommunications equipment for generating demonstrations, presentations, reports, proposals, etc. Intermediate internet skills Advanced communication skills with all levels of the company's employees including general management, product management, and legal, as well as clients, partners, distributors and reps, etc. Advanced skills interacting cross-functionally with various departments. Advanced skills interacting with customers Advanced verbal and written communication skills in the English language Knowledge of other European languages such as German and French preferable Ability to secure confidential information
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
