The Construction Project Manager is responsible for documentation, task delegation, and monitoring of the assigned construction projects; yield standards are maintained, operating procedures and overall regulatory and permitting adherence. The Construction PM will be responsible for leading subcontractors and team members to achieve construction deadlines and report back on status and site progress. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversees assigned construction projects from start to completion Procure the necessary resources, equipment and labor required to complete the project on time and to budget Manages and tracks inventory and assets required for the project Reports to upper management on status, cautions and risks Acts as liaison between vendors, subcontractors, architects, and project team members Procure permits Conduct and verify safety, compliance, and regulatory checks Design and implement procedures and systems to proactively manage assigned projects, GCs, and vendors on construction tracking software. SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Manages and motivates vendors. Issues written & verbal instructions; examines for conformance to regulations and policy COMPETENCIES:
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work enthusiastically with constantly changing priorities Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to focus on process improvement; ability to find and describe flaws and inefficiencies in processes, and suggest clear, reasonable solutions High level of professionalism and discretion Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic knowledge of general business concepts EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ELIGIBILITY and TRAINING:

years of construction project management experience 1
years Commercial Cannabis experience Comfortable with 40% travel Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel Detail-oriented, willingness to thoroughly execute established cultivation SOP's. Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency Must be 21 years of age or older to apply Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
