Department Overview We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing web developer to manage our website and CMS. The candidate will be in charge of developing and deploying website code changes and content that will be key to our marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a talented, results driven team of professionals and gain invaluable knowledge of how web development interplays with complex multi-channel marketing campaigns. Job Description Design, develop, test, and implement front-end and back-end code for our website, CMS, and other marketing app microservices Maintain, enhance, and scale our website infrastructure Ensure that our codecase is always using the latest stable framework versions Ensure that the website is mobile-first, and page load is optimized for Core Web Vitals Build and maintain web pages; upload and format content in our CMS (Contentful) Work with team on Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing Work with team to implement and maintain website user behavioral tracking Adjust the CMS modules and widgets to evolving needs of the marketing team Maintain a clear deployment and QA process Collaborate with marketing teammates, senior management, and other project stakeholders to accomplish marketing project goals Qualifications 3
years experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript as a Front-End Developer 2
years experience with Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt, and React frameworks Experience with cloud hosting platforms (Netlify, Heroku, GCP, AWS, etc) Experience with responsive web development Experience using and editing the code of CMS tools; like Contentful, WordPress, or Webflow Experience working with a marketing CRM; like HubSpot or Magento Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console Meticulous attention to detail, and capable of thorough testing Self-starter able to complete projects and analysis independently Strong communicator and team member. Able to work cross-functionally Project management abilities Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch A creative thinker who enjoys working with teammates on solving problems and creating interesting marketing initiatives Basic Requirements 1

$80K -- $100K
