The Role We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with solid knowledge in the data ecosystem to serve as the trusted technical advisors for our customers. What You'll Do Proactively manage clients' onboarding and the ongoing relationship Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues and requests Identify opportunities for clients to expand their usage of the product Engage with the product team to guide customer requests and establish our roadmap Work with the technical support team and other core teams to ensure that customer requests and escalations are resolved REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of experience in customer success/ technical account manager/ pre-sales roles Proven customer experience with engineers/ data engineers Familiarity with the end-to-end data analytics workflow Good understanding of databases and data warehousing Experience at a SaaS company or with cloud architectures Excellent communication skills and the ability to transfer knowledge effectively to customers Working in consumption-based model - a big bonus for us.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Engineering, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
