Your Role and Responsibilities IBM has embarked on a major internal sales transformation program, partnering with Salesforce to rethink its sales processes for its sellers, sales managers, and channel partners. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be integral to this transformation. You will develop exciting solutions that change the way IBMers, IBM clients, and IBM business partners work. You'll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive technological transformation. We work in small, cross-functional teams with big goals, so you will need to be adaptive and adept at clear communication. We strive to produce scalable solutions, and you will need to be familiar with how complex platforms and integrations underpin business operations for a large enterprise.Your Role and Responsibilities include:
Partner with other Salesforce Admin and Development team members to ensure timely delivery of work to business stakeholders Translate high level initiatives and features from the program backlog into epics and stories. Design, develop, test, and implement stories for Salesforce CRM and PRM Devops Work with business partners to document business processes and system requirements Prepare requirements and design documents, configuration workbooks, test cases and other documentation as required through the project lifecycle Support and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems Deploy code between test environments and to production and troubleshoot any errors that may arise Ongoing improvements in the Salesforce instance by doing continuous research of new Salesforce feature functionality Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures Note this role does not offer sponsorship. New York City, Armonk, Poughkeepsie, Southbury, Raleigh, Atlanta, Austin, Lowell, or Cambridge. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 5
years solid Salesforce experience in implementing enterprise-scale PRM and CRM Salesforce projects. Strong business process knowledge on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud Business analysis experience in requirements gathering and translating into functional specifications for the product developers and administrators. Demonstrated hands-on configuration experience of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, org-wide defaults, sharing sets, sharing rules, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, process builder, flows. Proven experience in designing solutions on a Lightning platform Experience with integrating CRM with business systems Salesforce Certified Administrator Experience with Python Programing Language, Continuous Integration tooling (TravisCI or Jenkins) and Experience with Salesforce DX Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Effective at leading implementation and adoption of Sales and Support methodologies within the Salesforce CRM environment Solid understanding of the Agile methodology Solid understanding of the implementation and adoption of Salesforce lightning and experience sites. Significant CRM Strategy skills Certified Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant. Experience of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline deployment within a Salesforce environment using standard Salesforce tools.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
