Job Title: Manager, RGM Execution
Reports To: Director, RGM Execution
Position Location: Oakbrook, IL (Division Office)
Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to partner with designated PRUSA's Spirits Sales Divisions to develop customized Annual Plans for Revenue Growth Management, track RGM program execution, market performance, and competitive landscape, identifying, and capturing - jointly with the Division Sales and Finance teams - RGM-related opportunities on an on-going basis. Collaborate with HQ RGM team and field sales to deploy RGM tools and capabilities into the divisions.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Individual (30% of the time)
Develops RGM diagnostic packs for the Field based on centrally available data, (e.g., Nielsen, NABCA) and local available data. Works with the Field to finalize the diagnostic.
Develops analytics when needed to investigate RGM opportunities for the field.
Primary HQ point of pricing contact for the field
Participates in Field RGM Summits
Shared (70% of the time)
Supports deployment of the RGM projects in their respective divisions, ensuring adoption of key national strategic tools.
Tracks performance against key RGM indicators to identify ongoing opportunities (Field Finance).
Defines RGM 1-year plan by state (Field Finance).
Supports development of pricing and promotion actions and selling stories to distributors and retailers (Field Finance and Sales).

Net-Net Sales efficiency through trade promotions management and optimization.
Progress in compliance on national RGM tools (PSM, PRM, etc.)
Financial Targets
Value (pricing and mix) growing faster than volume
Organizational Context
Reports to Director, RGM Execution
Strong relationship with Field teams, distributor and Field touch-points for RGM discussions
Transparency from field and distributors / brokers
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field.
Experience / Background:
5-7 years of business experience in analytical role within FMCG environment.
At least 3 years of prior revenue management experience required. Previous role in sales / commercial finance highly preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization.
Proven success developing Pricing & Promotion structures.
Strong financial analysis skills a must.
Highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, Oracle, Vistaar, PSM, and OBI. Knowledge of IRI, Nielsen systems a plus.
Proven track record for delivering sustainable results.
Strong change management capabilities.

General Office: Work is performed in a typical office environment. Limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
