Specific skills will of course depend upon specific roles, butgenerally speaking, we're looking for individuals who bring:
Bachelor's orAssociates degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
For select roles, aMaster's in Accounting and/or working towards CPA eligibility is preferred
Active communicatorwith leadership, teamwork and client service abilities
Strong oral andwritten communication skills
Analytical,organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion for learningwith ability to learn quickly in high-pressure environments
Well-rounded with anappreciation of diversity and inclusion
Knowledge of andinterest in the financial services industry

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
