Sr. IDM Solution Architect

Provide IDM application architectural and "big picture" oversight for development of new or enhanced technology solutions
Interact with a range of people, from highly technical software developers to Senior Executive stakeholders
Technical support through Development, Testing, and Deployment phases of the IDM projects.
Provide IDM technical and project leadership, develop IDM strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans
Provide planning, development, organization, monitoring, oversight and delivery of IDM services and projects
The role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, technical leadership and execution of strategic direction of IDM activities
Assume creative leadership role to implement long term IDM vision and strategy efficiently and effectively interfacing with the senior executives
Responsible and accountable of the overall IDM system(s) ? juggling the priorities between BAU to keep the lights on as well as new projects
Ability to understand the new technology trends and utilize state-of-the-art best practices in solution design, development, technology process etc.,Required Experience and Skills
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven 10+ years of software development experience ? design and implementation of n-tier applications, web architecture, enterprise integrations
Strong enterprise technology experience involving J2EE stack, PCF cloud based architecture, DB Modeling
Experience with any of the IDM products like SailPoint, Oracle IDM, Aveksa, IBM Tivoli, Sun IDM etc.
Experience in implementing IDM use cases like Identity processing, Access request, Access certification, Approval workflows, Provisioning connectors (like AD, LDAP, Exchange) etc.,
Experience managing teams including architects, developers, QA, consultants etc., in large cross-functional team setting and large complex project scope
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required In-depth Information Technology/ Industry Knowledge.
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of IDM industry standards, awareness and understanding of IDM products in the market
Knowledge of information security, software development, database systems and information technology concepts needed to effectively manage the group.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, SANS, etc., is preferred.
Technical certifications in cloud architecture is also preferred
World class consulting experience in Financial Services/Banking domain and ability to maintain relationships at senior executives level

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
