Recruitng Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide daily support to 2-3 Recruiters along with supporting special projects for other Talent Acquisition functions. Extensive communication with hiring managers, employees, and/or outside sources in response to inquiries related to a specific human resources activity.
Provides administrative & operational support to a 2-3 Recruiters in support of the full life cycle recruiting process.
Assists with drafting and sending candidate related correspondence, including but not limited to interview confirmations.
Responds to general inquiries and questions from managers, employees, and outside sources relating to a specific human resource activity or program.
Assists Recruiters by completing various activities that may include scheduling of candidate interviews and updating and maintaining all appropriate actions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
On-boards all candidates with fully executed/accepted offers to Active Employee in ATS.
Maintains ATS templates, documents, tasks, assignments, etc.
Collects and compiles data as requested from a variety of sources for appropriate reports and analysis.
Maintains files to meet compliance and audit standards.
Initiates pre-hire background and sanction checks and reviews results, ensuring consistent communication of clearances.
Ensures all new hire tasks and documentation is completed in a timely manner based on due date (including internal tasks).
The successful candidate will have:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work from multiple clients in a high volume environment requiring attention to detail.
Superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Apps experience.
Excellent telephone, communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential matters.
1 year previous work or intern experiences in Talent Acquisition a strong plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
