SQM Operations Manager

The SQM Operations Manager will be responsible for aligning SQM objectives and priorities along with business engagements to effectively run SQM as a business with a value proposition.
This role will define a structured approach for measuring business value of SQM along with operational and functional performance metrics including financial disciplines, quantitative analysis of deliverables, resource planning, and capability enablement. Act as an advisory to both Technology and business partners offering transparency to economics ? total cost of SQM activities and value add through performance metrics - cost of prevention, deduction, internal failures and external /client impact.
Accountable for active management of the SQM budget, forecasting, TCO at the program level, govern SQM Vendor relations, SLAs, strategic sourcing, and Performance Assurance activities of the delivery practice. Act as a liaison between CIOs across business units, fostering relationship with key stakeholders and provide periodical status updates.
This role will assist SQM leads with a well business aligned plan, steer and review the SQM best practices. Responsibilities include:

Drive Fiscal Responsibility and transparency through Metrics and periodic evaluation of Capital and Expense Budget utilization at the
odepartment level for Managers
oBU level for projects and and work with Managers for improvement-Responsible for forecasting, allocating appropriate resources across multiple strategic programs.
Performance Assurance
Work with Delivery Managers to set standards for Performance and Governance of SQM Practice
Track and project SQM baselined Metrics, provide recommendations to SQM Management and drive accountability
Oversee periodic Testing Hygiene checks on SQM Engaged projects to determine conformance to Best Practices
Track established Vendor SLAs and KPIs to determine performance against set benchmarks, and making recommendations for improvement
Using data mining and analytics, determine innovative ways to optimize current trends and processes, eliminating inefficiencies in engagements with both Project Teams and Vendors
Deliver precise analytics to enable
oProactive decision-making by SQM ManagementoAlignment of SQM delivery to Test stability (Automation, Environment, Data) and Prod stability (APV, Performance, Infrastructure)
oPromotion of value delivered through SQM services
oPractice Governance and Process ImprovementResource and Location Management
Drive efficiencies in Staffing, Onboarding, Resource Utilization, Space Planning , Location Strategy and Talent Pool Management
Support Quality Management by
o Defining & Maintaining Standards, Processes & Templates
oOverseeing Compliance Audits
o Providing Production Assurance Support
Manage the BAU & Logistics of Resourcing by overseeing
oSQM's New Contractor Orientation program, ensuring appropriate content related to SQM Vision and Expectations, NT/SQM organization structure, institutional values and standards of conduct.
oResource access, badge, system access requests
oDaily issue support on resource requests
oStock levels for office supplies and approve purchase requests
oSQM onboarding, relocations and off-boarding proceduresCapability Development & Enablement
Demonstrate thought leadership in the domain and positively influence SQM Management and Delivery Managers utilizing

Assess SQM capabilities to meet partner demands by measuring initiatives to build new capabilities and innovation
Support transformation and continuous improvement strategies for Business units and standardize winning practices across SQM
Take on Business Ownership of ToolsTools and Technology
Assist in Identifying and on-boarding right Tools required to deliver projects successfully in alignment with agile strategies
Assist in adapting and implementing new technology approaches like CI-CT, BDD etc. to match the evolving needs of projects and delivery models
General 15 - 20 years of experience in IT including,
oMinimum 5 Years of leadership experience
oMinimum 10 years Test Project/Program Management experience
oMinimum 10 years in financial services or in a related industry
BSc in Information Sciences/Technology. MSc is a plus
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the business domain - end to end trade cycle, IOO, WM, AM and Asset Servicing.
Ability to drive Delivery & Operations Excellence, leading people towards a common goal
Ability to successfully collaborate with stakeholders, internal or external to build professional relationships and influence decision-making
Strong understanding of the analytics and metrics that drive QA services, brings thought leadership and innovation on emerging QA practices
Understanding of emerging technical trends/Innovations and the QA need around the same
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
