Senior Analyst - HRIS

Responsible for leading and overseeing large, complex applicant tracking and human resources information systems and projects. Consults with business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy many HRIS and ATS related solutions. Articulates business requirements by developing specifications for business processes, systems enhancements and development efforts. Ensures key initiatives are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and presenting proposed solutions to key business stakeholders
Defines and manages one or multiple phases of major projects for HR business area. Determines resource needs, recommends test strategies, and develops cost benefit analysis. Manages and implements projects. Oversees all project activities and provides status reports.
Interacts with HR Technology to formulate and implement solutions to enhance existing services, create new client deliverables or improve processes. Identifies impact of changes and processes on staff; facilitates acceptance of change through training and communication. Provides ongoing support of the solution.
Reviews HR function documents, existing procedures, and processes and recommends where automation or improved processes can be implemented. Design/develops new procedures when appropriate.
Prepares detailed business system specifications for proposed automated processes and ATS enhancements.
Sets and maintains project schedules, monitors progress toward completion of project and adjusts schedule or tasks as needed.
Coordinates / completes testing effort associated with end user approvals for new systems and system modifications.
Determines vendor requirements, reviews and compares vendor services and products, and makes recommendations to management,.
Ensure new platform integrations are flawlessly and timely executed.
Oversees and coordinates with business stakeholders to evaluate system needs and ongoing support, and evaluate and implement automation (e.g. Taleo, Peoplesoft)
Responsible for ensuring the data integrity within systems, including the ongoing development and monitoring of data quality and confidentially standards; ensure reporting related analytical requirements of the business are met.
As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
A College or University degree in Computer Science, Business or Human Resources.
5+ years of experience in managing applicant tracking and/or HR information systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. In-depth knowledge of human resources information systems, particularly applicant tracking system ( Taleo) experience is preferred
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills are required to evaluate effectiveness of processes , and to redesign or implement system changes.
Strong project management, problem solving, and outcome driven skills are required
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and protocols is preferred
Experience in creating reports and dashboards in OBI or other reporting tools.
Organizational skills are required to develop and monitor project plans. Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. PeopleSoft applications) is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
