Digital Marketing Manager - Asset Management

Northern Trust's Asset Management business is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Strategic Planning, Analytics & Reporting, Web Platforms and Project Management. This role is a balance of strategy and execution, working with stakeholders across the marketing and sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver against the strategic initiatives for NTAM. This includes Digital Strategy, Digital Analytics and Insights, User Experience, Platforms and Marketing Automation.
Champion our Web Analytics and Reporting function by creating insightful dashboards as well as custom reports when deep dive analysis is needed. This includes analyzing and mapping user behavioral data to our KPIs for all digital platforms (web, email, social and CRM).
Monitor and analyze metrics for all digital tactics and feed learnings back into the development process.
Manage and optimize SEO and SEM programs to increase site visibility and traffic (organic and paid).
Platforms: Manage and optimize the use of all digital marketing platforms including Content Management System, Video/Webinar, Marketo, Surveys etc.
Continuously maintain, prioritize, and iterate on project backlog (enhancements/bugs)
Lead and positions team as a partner and resource to the greater marketing team, providing analysis, insights and reporting to help meet shared business goals.
Vendor Management - Manage long-term and project based vendor relationships across design, technology, marketing automation and analytics; identify when external resources will be required to achieve department objectives.
As subject matter expert, provide comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
Manage all digital projects from concept to execution. This includes design/dev and management of NTAM's web site, microsites and email campaigns.
Monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products, and feed learnings back into the development process.
Advocates for innovative, creative digital and technology solutions. Must be an expert in user experience design methodologies and have deep knowledge of web accessibility standards.
Daily use of reporting, analytics tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesforce, and Marketo reports.
5+ years of B2B experience in a data-driven digital marketing role, with direct experience managing web platforms, analytics & reporting, and other digital channels.
Experience creating and managing analytics dashboards in Google Data Studio/Tableau.
Experience delegating analytics projects to junior data analysts and coaching them toward quality project outcomes.
Experience using Google/Bing webmaster tools for SEO optimization. This includes on/off page SEO best practices as well as keyword research.
Proficient in executing and optimizing paid social, SEM, retargeting and display campaigns.
Experience with Marketing Automation tool like Marketo, Eloqua or HubSpot.
Demonstrated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
