SQM Lead Architect

SQM Lead Architect for Environments & Data: is responsible for developing and facilitating the technical approach to test environments and test data for Northern Trust.
This is a highly technical leadership role aimed at facilitating a technology lead approach to test design and execution for NT programs/projects. The architect will ensure that all the required SQM services and service levels are supported to the scale and stability requirements defined. The single, most critical goal of this role is to facilitate a testing path to production that is fast, resilient, stable and responsive to the needs of the change programs requiring testing at NT.

Take a bird's eye view, understand big picture at enterprise/program level from testing perspective and build an environments strategy which supports all levels from system through UAT.
Build and operate / support an Enterprise level integrated environment supporting key business capabilities and providing specified levels of service for support, operations, and stability.
Identify and implement the necessary industry leading tools for automation, virtualization, Dockerization, performance and test data management and environment management to support organization objectives.
Define uniform code migration standards, controls and practices including automated code migration procedures
Create a strategy for Release Management tools including but not limited to automated code migration tools, monitoring tools, incident management tools, configuration management etc.
Act as part of the SQM Architecture function to evaluate and provide strategy for optimization, improvement & maintenance of test assets such as environments, data, automation suites, virtual services etc.
Work with PMs and managers, be fully aware of schedules all the time, and ahead with up-coming changes in terms of their impact to testingTest Data Planning and Design
Facilitate / participate in test design workshops with application architects, development leads, BAs and other stakeholders to create technical test design for programs/projects
Provide technical thought leadership & innovation for test data for all testing activities across the programs/projects
Seek, promote and ensure implementation of automated TDM opportunities
Create estimates, ROI and proposals for environment and data setup, automation, service virtualization, Dockerization
Resolve technical issues in testing, anticipate risks and ensure their timely escalation to upper management???
Ensure compliance to existing automation framework, standards, best practices, templates and provide feedback to improve them continuously
Conduct/coordinate/direct testing technical PoCs, PoVs and provide demos to stakeholders
Accelerate test development and execution processes by providing environment and data assets, standards and best practices
Conduct demos to the stakeholders on work done. Seek feedback from clients and adjust automation work accordinglyTest Advisory and Consulting
Understand key Enterprise/Program testing problem statements/challenges/requirements and KPIs that needs to be achieved.
Assess current state of Enterprise/Program/Project and identify gaps to achieve target state.
Define recommended strategies and actions for achieving target state.
Identify test optimization opportunities and define solutions.
Create implementation plan and roadmap for implementing enterprise/program test strategies.Thought leadership and Periodic reviews
Provide thought leadership, consultation, share expert opinion, provide guidance from test architecture standpoint
Identify opportunities of elevating testing through innovative methods
Conduct test design reviews and ensure that the test deliverables are optimizedEnablement , Tracking and Reporting
Enable automation in testing in the context of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Setup process to capture defined measurements and metrics automatically with minimum human intervention
Gather and present summarized as well as detailed status on progress, issues and risks
General 10+ years of Industry experience including,
At least 8 years of technical leadership for large testing initiatives
Minimum 8 years of Environment and Test Data Management (TDM) technical leadership and design
Minimum 3 years of Test Management experience
Minimum 3 years of development experience
Minimum 5 years of Agile/SCRUM/SAFe/ Kanban experience
Minimum 5 years of Test Automation and Automation Framework experienceMinimum 3 years of SQL/Database
Minimum 3 years SoA Testing (WebServices and MQ)
Minimum 3 years JIRA
Minimum 3 years of financial domain experience
Past experience with Test Environment Setup/Management
Past experience with Performance Testing, ALM, Windows/UNIX/LINUX, UFT/LeanFT, VBSCript, Java, Selenium, Preparing staffing models (onsite/offshore, ramp up /down etc.)
Minimum 8 years of Effort and Cost Estimation
Organizing/Conducting meetings Required Skills:
Strong expertise in test design and architecture
Strong ability in test strategy development, solutions and proposal development
Good understanding of emerging technologies
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience in Issue and risk managementValue Adds (Nice to have)
PMP/Safe/SCRUM Certification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
